Quote and invoice sheet — R890

You send quotes from a chat or a document your customer cannot file. I build you one Excel workbook with a quote, an invoice, and a credit note, using the business name and bank details you send me.

You get the Excel file and one sample PDF. You edit the next job yourself and download a PDF. R890 once, by EFT. I email it the day the payment shows.

Written only. Email logiq@pragmex-agentics.com with your trading name and whether you are a VAT vendor (yes or no). I do not need your bank login.

If you are a VAT vendor, the tax-invoice version has a place for the fields SARS lists (the word Tax invoice, your name, address and VAT number, the customer’s details when the amount is over R5,000, a number and a date, a description, quantity, and the value, VAT, and total). I am not SARS and this is not tax advice. If you are not a VAT vendor, the invoice does not pretend to be one.
