We built Market Property for the two people the market usually under serves: the agency that wants its brand and its leads back, and the private seller who doesn’t want to pay commission to be seen.

For buyers and tenants. Search residential, commercial and new-development stock in one place. Map mode to browse by area, side-by-side comparison of shortlisted homes, and alerts when something matching lands. Every agency on the platform is verified before a single listing goes live.

For agencies. A full agent workspace — listings, leads, viewing requests, in-app chat, agent profiles and co-listing across your team. QR codes on your boards route buyers straight to WhatsApp, and every scan is counted as the lead it is. Boost a listing in a suburb, or take featured placement at the top of the agency directory in your province. A partner API pulls your listings, leads, enquiries and stats straight into your own CRM.

For private sellers. List your own home, once-off, no commission — the same search results, map presence and buyer tools an agency listing gets.

Pricing that doesn’t punish success. Agencies are billed per listing only in a month that listing actually receives a lead — one lead or a hundred, the price is the same. No lead that month, no charge.
